Nice surprise today.

Did some park searching today with a nice surprise thrown into the mix. 81 on the TID and out came a sweet solid silver ring with gladiator or warriors head drawn (machined, carved) onto a black background, it was a nice surprise. It was the third target of the morning coming into the 80's on the TID, three others were junk so one out of four was worth the effort. $9.70c in change for an hour and a half effort, pretty pleased. It was just too hot to keep detecting but will head back next weekend. Four of the coins were sun baking on the grass. Hope everyone is well and best of luck on your hunts!
Cheers!

Hey now thats a beauty! :clapping: Gotta also love those surface coins, they spend real nice!

It's been a while since finding my a silver ring. It sure is nice to know some one is picking is still picking them up. Good use of 90 minutes.

Congrats nice one !

Way to go! I gotta love it..."too hot to keep detecting". I went out exploring the woods with 5F windchill and ground harder than rock. Spring...where are you?

Yea temperatures here are crazy atm......mainly the humidity is what gets you, by 9am you need to change your shirt because its soaking wet from sweat that's why I have been hunting creeks and rivers lately lol. 5am to about 9am is the best time to hunt before the sun smashes you. Our winter here is probably like a cool summer where you guys are lol. Happy hunting!

Nice digs, Nugget. That ring looks like you could use it for a boat anchor! Lucky that you have some beautiful swimming holes and creeks to hunt in the heat!
