Nice pre Thanksgiving Hunt

Hello Guys and Gals,

Another beautiful day here in Jax with the temp hovering around 80 degrees, I had the tevas and shorts (standard issue) on and a nice smile. Went out to a public tot park before all the young mothers with their screaming kids invaded the quiet domain. Lifted a few quarters then headed to an elementary school I never visited to mine the territory. No gold or silver this trip but 27 quarters, 32 dimes 10 nickels and a host of clad pennies. Found another matchbox car and a few pieces of junk jewelery. No need to post a pic of clad as most of you have seen the deal. The face of Washington is still on the quarter last time I checked. Lots of fun and good exercise with the mxt and 6x10 eclipse. At the beach the mxt falses alot at waters' edge so ordered an underwater detector. Thought I would try my hand at digging holes at a depth of 20" or more. LOL Maybe get waist high in some salt water and chase some sharks. Got out 5 days this week between work actually sneaked out twice. Don't always tell the wife what I did the entire day - know what I mean? Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving - this is a great country to live in. I have visited about 70 countries in my life and nothing compares with our lifestyle here. We are blessed. Thanks for all of you posting out there ! Marty

What a nice post. Thank you! A very nice amount of clad too. Thanks for sharing and HH, Nancy

Thanks for all the support and for being there for all of us newbies. Hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving day. I really feel like it is family on this site not just a bunch of hunter/gatherers. Have a good prosperous month ahead and new exciting finds yet to be unearthed. Marty
