Nice find Andy. You been doing any clad hunting with the F75 at parks and schools. Hows your coin count compared to the M6. Thinking about selling the M6 and trying the F75. What ya think?

Nooooo.....not the F75, i sold the M6. The M6 is still a great detector and a very good value at the price. It just can't do some things the F75 can. My count on coins went up, because of the 11" DD coil that covers a lot of ground and still separates very well. The F75 in JE mode just runs a little hotter than the M6. The F75 IDs better at depth.
Did i say that the F75 takes only 4 AA batteries ?

Hope that helps,

Andy,NM

Say it isn't true Andy....the M6 is gone? Thanks for the update. Battery life was never a issue on the M6. 8AAs at over 40 hours++. Do like the feature of having the hi/low side notch. Looks a little lighter also. How's the weight on that 11" coil. Anything like that Rhino on the 250.

1. Why life with 40 hours on 8 AAs when i can have 40 hours on 4 AAs.

2. The weight of the 11" coil feels like a 9.5" whites coil.(Not heavy)

3. Yep...M6 is gone. The F75 told me: "I can do better in weight, depth features and more" and it was right. For those who can't afford a F75 the M6 is a good choice.
