I was out hunting sidewalks in town where we have lots of history there is one house dated 1700 where Washington stayed!
And found this button which looks to be pretty old any ideas on the age?
 
No idea on the button but congrats on the find
 
Friend I know said it's 1800 to 1820's
 
That is a late 1700's to early 1800's colonial era flat button. Nice gold wash still on it. Congrats on a nice find Mkus!

Thanks it was right up against a sidewalk here in town I live right by Ct river mouth in Ct so there is quite a bit of history here in town..
