Nice little afternoon relic hunt

I went on a little afternoon relic hunt in a confederate camp here in Carlisle. I found a Galliger carbine bullet, this is the third one from there. They are Federal & I found them in a Reb camp. I also found a eagle I button & a back to one, the buttons were only a couple of feet from each other & the bullet. This Galliger has a cone base, the other ones I have found there are flat. I also found a little flat button, a piece of carved bullet, a broken pocket knife & a brass washer. I have been hunting this place for a long time & I am surprised that I find things still. I was swinging my T2se. Thanks for looking. HH all

Nice finds digger70pa, I don't think a camp is ever completly hunted out and your finds prove it, BTW I will be working over at the cumberland county correction in a cpl of weeks helping my son install some epoxy floors, we usually take our detectors when we work out of town (Smithfield N.C.) love to hunt with ya if we have the time.
