Man, another hot day......I worked a park near home for about 1 1/2 hours, just couldn't stand the heat any more,then hit the trees for the rest of the day in the shade. Not a bad day overall. I used the AT Gold with the 8.5" x 11" DD search-coil.

I dug up an old lipstick tube, which dates back to the 1940's......I love the kind of advertisements they had back then.

I was surprised to find an old 1928 bicycle license from 1928. They even taxed everyone to death back then too. Also got a 1952 silver quarter in good shape and a shotgun shell button. I have never seen anything like this before......
 
Nice finds as always............. For myself sometimes it is just as much fun finding out about an item I found as it was finding the item.
