Nice gold day at the beach!

A quick trip to the beach this afternoon/evening after a lot of people left gave me an awesome 14K gold ring with what looks to be 7 diamonds pending putting a diamond tester to them tomorrow...(don't personally have a working one at the moment).
Feeling very grateful for all our Servicemen and Women on this Memorial Day, that have served and are serving AND also for an awesome and worthwhile 21/2 hrs at the beach!! I'll let you know the results tomorrow after testing those stones!....and a better pic of the ring!

Great looking ring! Congrats

Salt water beach Mud (the Pacific). I ought to spread my wings more and hit the inland fresh water lakes here in SoCal! There are lakes within a reasonable driving distance but I find it easier to drive to and hit the miles of shoreline here!

NICE GOLD!!

Found with the AT Pro? I was just testing some new headphones for the Garrett machines from GG...

Had the stones tested and yes, they are real diamonds! We figure about 1 carat total weight and the worth?.....as much as anyone will give me for it. I was informed that it's an older style ring perhaps from the 70's? either way, it's a super nice ring. This is one of the very best diamond rings I have ever detected and needless to say, I am thrilled to bits! I'll keep a look-out in the 'lost' columns of the local newspapers where I detected it just in case the owner posts.....WOW!!!!!

Nice find....

I am amazed you hit the target with the AT Pro...on a salt water beach. I had a lot of problems with mine acting really erratically. I tried every setting possible and even called Garrett for help, they wanted to send me a new coil free of charge. I sold the detector.

WOW...real nice hit, congrats to you!

How deep was the ring and how faint was the signal when you hit the target? What mode were you in?

Thanks and Happy Hunting...
