Nice day in a city park

I took my AT Pro out to a city park (actually a recreation area) to see what I could dig up. The park has been there since the 1930's and I figure it's been hit pretty hard. I didn't find anything that would put that assumption to rest but I did find a couple nice things. It's a shame for the bracelet that it was broken in half in crushed. I'm just glad I found both halves. I can't find any hallmarks on the ring but I suspect it silver. The hallmark on the bracelet is really hard to make out. It could be 926, 825, or 625. You tell me. Lastly I picked up a pretty crusty 1944 wheatie. That fella was about 8 inches deep and I nearly passed on it because all I was carrying was a screwdriver for digging. A little persistence paid off.

925 mark means that it's sterling silver.

Nice finds.

Oh, it's definitely silver. Just hard to read the mark. I think it's 925 the more I look at it.

Very nice finds.. i would take that loot anyday.... takes a fair amount of skill to pop a coin out from 8in deep too ha ha...they do usually pinpoint very tight at that depth.. congrats..

Definitely .925 sterling, a nice find. Looks like the mower got the bracelet, still good scrap.

Very nice finds!

Love seeing that silver come out of the ground!

I believe a 1944 copper penny may be worth something, best check it out.

Congrats on some nice finds!
