Nice day but little to show for the work....

I went back to the old town and MDed the rest of a back yard I
had permission to MD. NOTHING really to speak of and that was
disappointing because I thought sure I'd come up with something really
old. No go. Just a quarter, a dime, several pennies, four of which were
wheat cents and even they were 1945 thru 1955. A kids cap gun and
lots of junk not shown here. Oh yea, three match box cars and a
flattened penny with the Lords Prayer on it.

Nice finds Katz. With targets like that, there should be some silver there. You can take a brush to the unknown cent and to see what it is. More than likely it's not a rare cent, but it could be an oldie. Too bad it's environmentally damaged. Is the little car with the trailer hitch a Tootsie Toy? If so, it will be stamped on the inside of it. That's a cool car and a neat cap gun. Keep us posted and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. HH to all, Nancy

You are digging all the right stuff Katz, silver can't be far behind..................
