Next... Help needed- button ID

Hello everyone. I have been going through some of my more interesting unknown finds from last year (and have been playing around with my new camera) and I hope some of you button experts will be able to help identify what I have in the following pictures:

Button 1 is small, has the back & shank intact, but the only work I can make out on the reverse is Boston (I think):

The second button is missing the back and the design looks similar to the New York State Seal; but is different. I am thinking it was a court workers or judicial type button because of the scales over the seal. It was found in the same field as the button above and; among the many many buttons found in the field (50+) was a NY Municipal Police button if that bit of information helps?

The last button I do not need an id on as I'm pretty sure it is the only military button that I've found to date; however, it would be nice to know the age, type, and approximate value (even though it is priceless to me).
It was found on Cape Cod near an old house foundation that was on land given to the Native American Wampanoags as reparations back in the 1840's-50's (which might explain why the military button came to be there as there was no base there as far as I know).
I should have placed an object next to it for a size comparison, but it is almost the exact diameter as a quarter (coat button?) and was made by D. Evans in Attleboro Mass. It was not found in the same location as the two buttons above.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
