I've been having some health issues, and this last Sunday, it led to me almost passing out at Church, I'd gotten so dehydrated from being sick. ...Yesterday, I'd had enough (this has been going on for months),and Marcia took my carcass to the ER, and after testing, they said I was 'up to snuff' internally, and determined that I have an age related lactose intolerance, and I LOOOVE my dairy products...I have not had dairy since last Friday and "I FEEL GOOD, YAAAAY!!!", like James Brown used to say..I'm getting back into walking, and getting ready fer DEE-TECTING THIS SUMMER!!!! HEY, MIKE: any chance of a forum hunt this summer???

Sorry to hear but I know all about Lactose Intolerance, as my youngest daughter has that problem & has from birth when she had Soy-Bean based milk--now she drinks Lactose free homogenized milk! Glad you feel better & pray you will continue to do so! Ma
