I'm a newbie to treasure hunting. Can anyone suggest a place to hunt in Maryland? I live in Anne Arundel County and hunting in county parks is not permitted.
Thanks, Frenchie

Frenchie,in Michigan there are some state parks that permit coin hunting and some that don't.The ones that do permit metal detecting even have maps on their web sites to show designated areas that you are allowed to search. Most schools on weekends most city and county parks in Michigan allow hunting.I would write letters to county park officials and state legislator's to remind them that you are a taxpayer and would like to enjoy your hobby like the tax payer's in other states.
