Hello I am new to this site I bought a super beach scan detector was told it's a Eric foster machine but after reading on here mr foster says he doesn't remember the model. My problem is when I switch the machine on you get a load ding then it fades out to the point you can just hear it but when I try to adjust the volume or threshold nothing happens, would any of you wonderful people know what the problem would be or how I can try and test it to find the fault thank you for time Ollie
