Newbie returns from spring break... :cam:

I didn't get to do as much hunting as I'd initially hoped to, but did get to spend a couple of hours on a couple of different days (and let the kids swing until they got bored/tired). I mainly hit the playground area at the lake and the minuscule beach area that was there. The 150 did a pretty good at picking up coins. I was pressed for time the second trip out, and started to make a beeline back to the vehicle when it was time to go, but swinging while I went. It took me 30 minutes to make it back the 50' or so to the van! The "faster" swinging seemed to do a better job of turning down the pulltabs and such and only "hitting" on coins. Not that I'm advocating swinging fast, but the majority was found on that "short" return trip to leave. Anyway, nothing especially interesting in the finds--all newer coins--but still alot of fun!
