Newbie Question on Explorer S

I am getting an Explorer S today and would like to get a good starter program to start with. I hunt mainly old churches and schools that have only moderate trash. I have been using a CZ-5 and like the tones very much and I am use to some falsing with the CZ. I would like a good easy program to start with and go from there. I would like to find some deep coins and not dig to many deep rusty nails. Give me a program from start to finish that will cut the learning curve down some.
Thanks in Advance

Try using Iron Mask and lower it to -10 or lower if you can. There will be more falsing the lower the iron mask is set but the lower you set it the higher percentage of targets you'll be able to "seehear" in heavy trash. I like IM-10 because it basically picks up all non-ferrous targets and knocks out 99% of iron but the preset will hit almos all the same targets a lower iron mask setting will but without all the iron falses.
I'm pretty sure the S has the S has the same type setting as the XS but come back to me if what I've suggested is not available on the S.
If you used a Fisher you a perfect canidate to kick the crap out of the Explorer's learning curve fast.
HH and keep us posted,
Greg
