Just got a Pioneer EX detector and so far not much luck. Has any one else used this detector? I would appreciate any advice on the best way to distinguish the signals, as the small pamphlet that comes with it is short on details. Thanks in advance.

Thanks BH. It seems you are correct. I will be hunting a couple of old civil war sites this weekend with a friend in Henderson, KY. I just wanted to be well prepared. Since I am new to this hobby, I am trying to do my research first before my first digs...
