Newbie from ct

Hi to all,
First of all i want to thank everyone on these forums for all the great info it has been a great help. I started with a $35 dollar RB3(bounty hunter) with no manual in august 09. I found one penny in
my yard and realized i needed another detector.Six days later, i bougt a used Ace 250. The first time out i went to the beach with the family about 30 min. later i find my first gold
ring 10k.
Needles to say i now have caught the Flu the metal detecting epidemic, it's all think about when, where to dig, i need new spots, where are the old coins, what beaches or lakes, I need more detectors.
Spring were are you?

is this normal or do i need help?

I've already made a stainless scoop with an aluminum handle and just finished repairing a galvanised sand scoop which was cut in half this morning.
also working on a digger made with hardened tool steel, might have a couple of digger questions soon.

It's good to be here, Epi

And the only cure, is practice and exercise... walk, dig, repeat. About 50 to 200 reps per day should do it. But it might take years to recover completely.

Be sure an bribe the Mrs.. with an occaisional goodie and you'll be set..
