Newbie bottle hunter

Hello everyone, I'm new to the bottle hunting game. I guess my interest in the history of my area spurred this on but I also remember my grandfather finding old bottles when we would go hunting. I remember those pretty blue bottles he would pull out of his pockets when we got back to the truck. I went on my first official bottle hunt today. Found a few but they are probably not of any historical worth. I have been finding a few dumping sites along a creek that is very rich in history. At one time there were alot of mills here. I have researched the history a little and boy is it interesting. I don't have a detector or anything. Just alot of enthusiasm. I hope I can pick a few brains on this site. It looks like a good one.
