So I live here on the east coast of Florida and am very excited to get into this hobby and have been wanting to for years now. I'm truly an outdoors man and have spent many hours arrowhead hunting up north finding many bird points and an indian head nickel in a particular field up there even without a detector. I intend to use my new detector a lot but because I am near the beach I intend to do many hours hunting the salt wet sands of the beaches close to me as well as the dry sand too.
So here is my question to many of the seasoned professionals of the forum. Should I start off with a Garrett 350 get myself use to learning the device, spend an extra $300 and go with the At Pro which obviously will have some advantages due to its
ground balancing features, etc, or go with a different device all together? Thank you in advance and look forward to hearing from everyone.
