Could one of you guys please explain to a lowly uniformed what the DIV is? I have a feeling this going to be like an ignorant towny asking a cowboy what the national finals rodeo is! Ed in co.
 
Ed,It ain't a silly Q.The only thing silly on this forum is the people.A bunch of, I might add fun people.Hang your hat here.

The DIV is Detecting In Virginia.Every year in March 200 people get together in Virginia and detect.You have to sign up for it and then hope you get invited to it.This is really my first year(If I make it).

It is a 3 day invitation hunt on private property in the mecca of the Civil War. Virginia! The organizers contract with the owner of the land that allows a couple hundred of detertorists to roam around their land and detect, And sometimes you get fortunate enough to run your coil across some great history!

Head on over to the http://www.mytreasurespot.com/main/index.php forum and sign up, log in and introduce yourself. Participate in the forum and when the announcement is made for the next hunt, go ahead and sign up for it. The worse that can happen is you don't get picked. The best that can happen is you will find a bunch of good people and gread friends.

I live in Colorado Springs, not sure if we have talked before. If so, sorry my memory is a bit fuzzy right now as I am fighting a hilatious cold.
 
I purchased the ADOBE CS4 Web Premium Design package through the university. So you still need to catch up Ray. :wave:
