Does anyone know whether or not I can hunt New York City Parks legally? I saw something on the city's park website that indicated that MDing isn't legal. Is there any way to get around this? Thanks!

It tells you how to obtain a permit to MD in New York City Parks
 
And only certan parks in the rough areas. It will tell you on the permit
