new yellow headphones much louder than before

i dont know if it's just me but minelab replaced my yellow headphones and when i tried them i was shocked by lound they where after moving them back to my peltors 105's i have to turn the valume down

I think the volume is just the same the only difference is that the peltors cut out so much ambient sounds like wind and waves that the same set volume seems so much louder now

Maybe they improved them. I put the innards from mine into a set of Peltors 101s and I can hear the soft whispers at the beach I couldn't hear before and this was on very, very windy days, should of done this a long time ago. HH

i had the peltors in the last yellow headphones and their weren't that loud
