New Year Silver and a cool token

New Years Day got the silver ring close to a sidewalk edge. Ive seen the park tractor it is large and I bet bent the ring. The 2 mercs and token with several wheaties, I got today. Forty degrees out in upstate NY. In the sun was easy to dig, in the shade about a 2 inch freeze layer- which would yield under my full body weight, me literally standing on the spade. Where there was a lot of water couldnt dig through at all- ground full of ice. In spite of being told this park is hunted out Ive gotten at least 12 silvers out of there in the past two years. (I was lucky with 6 when I happened to be there when they dug for playground equip.) The token is from General motors referring to the six cylinder engine I believe. I see the tokens where made as far back as the twenties. The backside says Product of General Motors. The text, like a large cent is surrounded by a wreath. The f75 ltd kicks but, really!! Elton, no it was only about 3 inches deep along an exercise walkway and the ground was soft that day. I thought for a while it was a pulltab, but it had that extra urgency to the sound so I dug it. Thanks, CO
