Went out for the first hunt today and I'm happy!! Easy to figure out and setup.. Found a few bucks in clad, but the first target I dug was a 1928S wheatie at a measured 9 inches..This was in disc and a sense of 29... GB read 24 and I set it at 22.. Next time a all metal hunt..
 
Congrats on the new X-70 and your 1st hunt! That is very cool to find a nice wheat, and down deep also, Beale.

Not at all bad for the first time out. As you get to know the X-70, your finds will increase. It's one heck of a great detector.
