New X-Terra 70 and First Finds

There has finally been a break in the weather with most of the snow melting and temperatures around forty degrees. I was finally able to take the new X-Terra 70 out for her maiden voyage. I went to an old one acre site that I've hunted many times with my old detector and wasn't expecting to find much. I hunted an 8' x 20' area for about forty minutes. I came away with a 1950 D silver rosie dime, 1943 war nickle, 1944 wheat back, 1957 D wheat back, worn date indian head nickle, 1936 indian head nickle, an old rusted lock and a copper bolt. I had a difficult time moving without hitting a new target. I'm looking forward to hunting the rest of the lot and maybe getting another hunt in tomorrow.

Congrats on your first hunt with the X-Terra! You did awesome IMO! To find all that good stuff in such a small area! Good hunting, Beale.

Fantastic finds !!! The X-Terra is one heck of a great machine. Sounds like you are doing your job behind the controls. Let us know what other goodies you find.

Good hunting, John K
