I made a 25 min DVD film of DIV-9, & have been watching it on my TV & think it came out pretty good except for some wind noise. Youtube only allows low quality 10 min. videos, so here's an edited copy of the first half of my film....(this part features relic legends Tex Kinsey & Dennis Cox).
Thanks for watching, & be sure to check for this movie's part 2 coming soon.....

Bill

Another great video Bill !! Can't wait to see part 2 . As far as the sound of the wind goes , it helps capture the feeling of being there .:clapping:

Very nice video bill, i like the way you edit in the older photos too! How did you find the 75 handling the hot ground there? What mode and settings were you useing?

very interesting bill!..nice find!...thanks!

including the F70, & I did something to my coil connector on the F75, so you don't see the F75 in the video. But I used the very similar T2 & also the Fisher 1270. The guys who used the F75 from day one there really figured out some ways to get it going well....especially for buttons. Tony NC got like 15 buttons in 1 area & Buckeye brad had a method of lifting the coil up off the ground to get it dun. Sorry, I don't have specific settings for you.....
PS. First Texas, via MIke Scott actually had a new F75 coil overnighted to the hotel....hows that for service? :)

an early 12xx series coil. I'm not familiar when that Fisher produced that coil, but it was for the 12xx series units.

Sorry, not Bill Ladd, but I thought I could help. :)

IN that harsh soil the smaller the coil the better......
I actually wished I had a 5" coil for the X series on me but I didn't, but that eliptical was the nest best thing. As they were saying to stay away from concentric coils there.....
You can still find those coils occationally on e-bay......never made for the CZ's, but it;s the same mold they still use on Goldbugs.
HH,
Bill
