I am a new user but I bought my mine lab X-terra 70 back in 2008 used it a few time an that got busy with other things. I have read a lot of the how to forums
on this site and would like a little info on the 2 coils that came with my detector: 1- 9 inch round #M26599 2- H06947 what conditions do I use the in. I am currently in AZ but will be traveling in my RV this summer, west coast NV, OR and WA any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The coil with the "M" prefix is the stock 7.5kHz Concentric coil. It is a general purpose coil.
The one with the "H" prefix is an 18.75kHz coil. It's main purpose is hunting gold, lead, and other low conductors.
Either coil will see all metals.
