New Used Whites Eagle Spectrum

Got an Eagle Spectrum. Got to try it out yesterday and today. I am well pleased. I have found more in the past two days than I found in the previous four or five months. I have found more quarters and my first nickles. Whites does indeed make some great machines.

Would love to own one of those...need to get rid of a detector before I buy another though...

I've had my Spectrum for almost 18 years. I now have the Bigfoot coil for the times I want speed and coverage but it is not too good on depth. Max about 7 inches. But I sure can pick up clads and coins that are not real deep real fast ! I have also found quite a few rings with it. The Spectrum definitely paid for itself many times over.

I also have the HotShot coil. I have that for depth when I want to get the deep ones. I usually clean up an area of all the clads and trash and then concentrate on the deeper coins with the Hotshot coil. If I don't feel like changing coils, I just use my Fisher F-70.

I have the hip mount and I would recommend getting one because the Spectrum is not all that light to be swinging for any long time.

The Spectrum is the only detector I have kept as long as I have. It is a detector ahead of its time.
