New/Used E-Trac finds first silver for me :thumbup:

Well...the E-Trac is living up to it's reputation. This is only the 2nd serious trip with it and it found my first silver today...a dateless Standing Liberty quarter. I knew that 3" rain we had at the beginning of this week would probably help and it did. Although it wasn't over 3" deep it was found in a very trashy site where an old concession stand used to be in the 40's and 50's next to an old football field. There was 2 nails and a rusty screw in the same hole. I was using the Coiltek Treasureseeker 6" coil...in the factory "coins" program. Boy was I happy!
