Hello. I have never posted here before, but browsed a bit. My time is usually a bit limited. I wanted to comment that I've seen a lot of wonderful photos here, and some good advice.

I am just trying to feel my way around making an avatar and uploading a photo.

Thanks, Bob

Wow.. I'm impressed how smoothly things work!

Just looking to see what size photos people are posting.

I really cut these photos down to put them up.. Each one is actually less then 50kb.. They don't offer up quite the same feeling as the much larger originals, but upload easily.

OK.. done goofing off now.. back to reading posts.. :)

... to the forum. Your pictures and advice are also welcome. ;)

Nice to see you had no problems posting your images and you're right about the smaller size losing some of the effect of the originals (but that's common to most forums).

Loooking forward to more pics.

Welcome to the forum. Nice pictures by the way. On size, you can post pictures here up to 400 kb.... Looking foward to seeing your post....

Thanks for the welcome! I don't participate in any other online forums, so I am a rookie at all of this. I may be a little slow getting going!

Thank you! I am new at this, but I did figure out that "N/T" meant "no text" was contained in your message! lol.. I don't know the rules or shortcuts, but I'll try to figure them out.

Thanks! I've seen many of your photos here! You do an amazing job!!
What brought me to this site, was the detecting. I am just getting back into it after many years away. It was just sort of a bonus to find the digital forum here!
