Ihave been using the XLT and the DFX for about 6 years and making my money back and the fun I have had with both decterts has prompted me to buy the Vision as soon as it hit the market.

I have to say with in the last two months or so I have found old copper, big silver, gold, old IH

Welcome to the forum Sarah, you have done very well with the new V3. I would think the headphones are covered by the 2 year warranty. For me the $200 headphones are worth every cent.

Thanks for the Kudos on the gold coin too, I hope you don't have to wait for 25 years to get yours.

I do like the headphones but I dont think there is a way to stop the outer plastic to keep from tearing but I will take the sugestion and call the hotline and see what they can do, thankyou I didnt think that they might be covered (get it)?

Whites will take care of you, for sure! Welcome Sarah and do ask questions that pop up from time to time. There are MANY experts here, including some Whites people, too. Nice finds, BTW:clapping:

Welcome to the forum Sarah. Sure looks like you are off to a good start. (Nice finds and great pics!)

The headphone covering de-lamination... Is it only happening in warm/sweaty conditions with everyone? (Mine are fine but I'm here in the cooler Pacific NW.) I'm with Larry in saying that they are worth every penny so... I'd be tempted to still use 'em till a product improvement truly happens... and then shoot them back to the factory...two year warranty and all. Guess it all would depend on how that "sub-layer" holds up, comfort, and how important cosmetics are to ya. You can bet Whites is on it as it would be a pain to deal with for very long. (Hope Koss is "stand up" about the issue as it is White's tech. but components are of their manufacture.) Was this ever an issue with previous Whites/Koss branded products? The issue may be limited to a batch run thing too.

Looking forward to seeing more of your finds and good to have the info with your finds.
