Howdy from the Texas Hill Country!

My name is Aaron, and I am from the Canyon Lake, TX area. I own a Garrett AT Gold and also a Garrett AT Pro. I have found tons of coins, bullets, and other various items, but the best target I've located so far is a 1963 silver dime. I am constantly on the search for new hunting areas, and am interested in meeting others from my area who also share the love of detecting. It'd be great to maybe get a group together and form a club that could get out every once in a while to meet, detect, and share knowledge. I am fairly new to the sport, have so much to learn, and would love to learn from fellow Garrett owners!

I hope to hear from some of you all soon!

welcome to the forum, Aaron. I hope you make your wishes and have many partners and many old findings. Forgive my bad English because I'm Spanish and I do not speak properly. I hope to see many pictures and especially old Spanish silver.
a greeting

It's always nice to get new people posting here, and you sure sound enthusiastic! Congrats on that silver dime. Hope it's the first of many:thumbup:

HI, Aaron I'm here in Ohio, welcome you will enjoy reading the success stories. You carrying some nice detectors there. Which one do you prefer over the other, if you have a preference?

Sounds like you are off to a good start and wish you good luck and happy hunting and welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum Husky. I can tell you where to go for some gold but I don't think the Gold or Pro can get to it. I lost my High school ring in Lake Medina down there in 1960 while water skiing. Sure would like to get it back!
