Hello all, I have been swinging the IDX Pro with the stock 950 coil now since 2006 and have enjoyed it very much. Thus far this season I have found 28 rings and of those, 2 were 14k gold... Is this one great hobby or what ???? :super::super: Great forum... I wish you well and happy hunting... :biggrin:

Welcome to the forum,I'm trying to get the hang of my IDX,its new for me,mine has modifications the GB is throwing me a monkey wrench:unsure:

I have read that the Mr. Bill's Modification is the way to go on the IDX Pro. My IDX Pro is a stock machine and it works great... :bouncy: The ones that have the GB feature on the ID X's seem to like the mod... It's my understanding that it improves the overall depth of the machine and that's a plus... I'll bet someone on the forums can help you out with what ever problems you are having with the GB.... I wish you well and happy hunting out there.:biggrin:
