Just stopping in to say hello, been lurking around for a bit and enjoying the info and pics posted here and decided to join in.....I just rec'd my brand new Tejon and can't wait to get the badger out to do a little work....Over the past couple days been getting used to the Disc settings and GB,the temp is going up to near 60 degrees and sunny this Sunday here in Mass. so looks like the hunts on.:clapping: I've been swinging an MXT and love it but there is something about the Tesoro detectors that is very appealing to me....Hopefully I'll have a pic or two to share early next week after taking the Tejon out on her maiden voyage,I plan on going back to place where I found wheatie and a 1935 Buff so there is some potential for silver..... Anyway, its nice to be here and HH to all.

Welcome - hope you do well. I'm looking at 2 or more feet of snow and cold temps here in Idaho, so no detecting in the near future.

Welcome to the clique.
Sounds like you know what you are about, so good luck. I'll bet you like that Tejon in ways the MXT can't touch.
Just remember to keep the SENS under control - no need to wind it out until you are sure that's called for.

Hey 7, Welcome aboard with the treasure Finders!

MXT is a fine machine... you have run in good company!

You'll have great fun learning the capability of the new Tejon.
Very powerful.

Tesoro machines just kinda do what they are supposed to.
Many are concerned because they don't get a bunch of bells and whistles.

Liteweight, and ready for action!

Howdy - the Tejon is a little chatty compared to other Tesoro's (ones I have anyway) but that's the way it works. Hits good on low conductive targets. No distraction figuring out what the screen says:blink:

welcom bro , no condemnation for owning a MXT thats a good machine but as many find out the tesoros are light wight machines and have very good coils I used to have a whites M-6 and it was to heavy for me so i went to tesoro and at first it was akward but now im very used to them and like them
