New to the Deus but enjoying the trip

I have only had the Deus since Thursday but jumped at the chance to take it out in a recently cut corn field. I really hadn't studied the menu too much but did manage to move from one program to the other. We were hunting an old house site. I was in the Fast program with no changes. I got a shoe toe plate, a complete suspender clip, and the Eagle button. Things seemed to ring out pretty well. The button was faint but was pretty deep and with a lot of it damaged. Still a thrill to find CW relics in Indiana. Looking forward to a great Fall season of field hunting with the Deus.

Nice finds first time out. With more time on the Deus, you "might" find it harder to pick something else up for those fields.
