New to Garrett Forum, got a GTI2500

Coinstar

New member
I had to sell my Whites last year due to wife's health issues. Saw a GTI2500 for a great price
and decided to give it a try. When it drys up a bit I will go check it out. Anyone else on this forum that
owns one have any pointers for this machine? I live in Nor Cal.

I have one and have done very well with mine. Once you learn the imaging option and it's limitations, it can save you lots of time by leaving the junk in the ground. The true all metal mode is very deep.

I love my 2500, I just don't know how to avoid the junk yet. Guess I'm afraid I will miss something valuable.

The 2500 is a different machine and does take some time to get used to, but once you do, you'll love it. I'm hooked on the imaging. Saves a lot of digging when you're just looking for coins and jewelery.
