New to Forum Question about Deleon

I just began using the Deleon. I get an audio signal for iron even after I discriminate it out. I set it to Foil. Help? Is the machine working properly? Thanks Larry

horse shoe's and object that are larger than an iron nail, can you tell me how big is the bit of iron that's giving you a good signal please as large bits of iron still give good signals on all makes of detectors.

I seem to get audio signals on all size iron targets. Larry

Set the Disc. knob to absolute minimum, then test a nail, can be done in an air test. Then turn the knob up a little and see where the nail is eliminated.
