New to Forum, need posting help

Hello the Group,
From NC I'm new to the forum but not the hobby.
I've made several attempts to reach moderator via the "contact us" address and it bounces.

In several posts I see the phrase "PM me". In one case I was asked to PM someone on a detector I have.

I have searched this site over and I guess old age and "new to forum" has thrashed me. I can't find a button or means to "PM" anywhere.
I'm guessing that PM means Private Message......if not maybe that's why I can't find the button.....heh heh

I'm surprised that no one has answered your question. The rules are posted somewhere on the site but I can't find them

I have searched high and low but to no avail. Those rules seem harder to find than my last gold piece...

To send and receive Personal Messages .. You must be a member for 30 days !! :)

To use classifieds you must be a member for at least 90 days, and have 24 significant posts in other forums.
