Hello folks. I'm new to the forum but not new to detecting. I've been at it for 6 or 7 years now. Wanted to post a few pictures of my finds for 2013 to catch up and then I will try to post on a hunt by hunt basis. I've been hunting mostly mid 1800s sites this year (some a little older...some a little newer) I've had a pretty good year so far. These pictures probably encompass 10 or 12 hunts. I'm up to 14 silver coins for the year. I found my first silver half dollar on Mother's day (1899 barber). ..and that was quickly followed by 3 more half dollars. (1909 O barber, 1918 S Walker, 1946 Walker. Other finds were an 1864 two cent piece (found last week) 2 Indian head cents (1864, 1866) an 1828 large cent, and several interesting relics turned up along the way. Thanks for looking.
