HELLO MY NAME IS WAYNE I LIVE IN PITTSBURGH PA AND DO ALOT OF METAL DETECTING AND FIND ALOT OF GOOD COINS. MY FRIENDS AND METAL DETECTING BUDDIES TOLD ME TO JOIN FINDMALL AND JW FROM KELLYCO HELPED ME TO SIGN UP SO HERE I AM. AS SOON AS I LEARN HOW TO UPLOAD PICS I WIL . UP TO 55 SILVERS SO FAR THIS YEAR. BEST FINDS SO FAR INCLUDE 1853 ARROWS SEATED HALF DIME FULL LIBERTY, 2 MORGANS(1899 O--- 1921 ),1807 HALF CENT , 2 LARGE CENTS (1816 AND OTHER UNKNOWN ). AND 2 SILVER 3 CENTS. KEEP AT IT AND HAPPY HUNTING TO ALL..

First thing we require when you get around to it, is to upload pictures and a detailed story on all those great finds. You've been hunting hard! Looking forward to your posts!

welcome aboard. youll enjoy this site really cool finds and really cool people. i too bought both my metal detectors from kellyco have been happy with the items purchased but i have had a very bad experience with the personnel a year and two emails later i still havent had my problem addressed. hope u have better luck then me.
 
Welcome Pal, There are lots of great places to explore on this site, not just Etrac forum. Take yer shoes off, set a spell.......NGE

hey kellycoChick . thank you for responding. i appreciate the fact that your willing to try to make things right but I'm pretty discouraged. i have recommended your company to numerous people in the past. i know out of these people four have purchased detectors from ya ll to be honest even on this site i have recommended you guys to people looking for good deals and fast service. i dont want you to think I'm slamming kellyco. but it all went south with my sales person (cant remember his name) while looking at purchasing my second metal detector from ya ll, the e-trac. he was very pushy and rude. i didn't want to purchase from him so i waited a couple of day and spoke with a wonderful and very patient person i believe her name was Doris but dont quote me on that it has been over a year. she was the very reason i purchased this metal detector, then i was informed that she didn't get credit it for the sale because i had already spoke with another sales rep prior to her. so the one who didn't deserve the credit got it. i bought this during a bogo sale and never received my probe. i sent an email and never got a reply so i sent a second email some time later and once again i never received a response. so i went and had to purchased a good quality hand held probe. i never got the bogo deal instead i got the shaft. (a little pun intended) i would of much rather of kept all my business with y'all instead of buying from another dealer but honestly what would you of done. i know I'm only one person and I'm not gonna effect the outcome of your company but when one person recommends you to twelve and four out of those twelve buy from ya ll then those four tell twelve more and so on, it can have a positive effect for you. i am looking to purchase an in line sun-ray probe for my e-trac and an upgrade for a back up. the ace 250 (which i purchased from Raul) is nice but when you go from that to a mine lab explorer then to an e-trac its painful to use. in fact the day i purchased the ace i talked a friend of mine into buying one too. so in one phone call Raul sold two detectors. i sold the explorer along with the sun-ray and now regret it but you live and you learn. in conclusion i thank you for your ear and your time.

Thank you for the detailed response. FIRST let me say I'd be frustrated too! I'm just like that. If I like a sales person and they are good to me then I find out someone that wasn't my cup of tea got the deserved commission I'm ANGRY. Second, as with any company you have a RIGHT to get what you ordered. Will you give me till tomorrow when I'm at work to fix this for you? yes i will get back with you as soon as i can. i leave for work at 5 am get home at 5pm then coach baseball from 530-730. it will probably this weekend or Mon or Tues.
