New to Dayton, Ohio

I'm new to Dayton and would welcome any hints or tips for the area. Also, if anyone needs a hunting buddy, we could get together one weekend. Are there any clubs in the area?

Hi Andy.
I lived in Dayton where I was born in '45 to '73 when I moved to Arizona.
I'd love to go back there to detect some of the older church grounds. I remember, back in the 50's, there were always church festivals in the summertime... there's gotta be silver just waiting for you to pick it up.
Also, for many years, my father sold Christmas trees at the south end of Montgomery county fairgrounds, east of the horse track.
If it's still there you might check it out... I'm sure my frozen hands dropped some of the tips I got from helping customers tie their trees on their cars.

I believe Lost Treasure has a treasure-buddy link you might try.

Good luck and Happy Hunting.
Joe
