Source provided the picture blow of Tesorosaurus being used at a secret test site, repeatly found Roman coins.
May not be available in the US, only for the European market.

Anybody have close up pictures of the unit?

No, but my Compadrejon has been ordered. I am going to put a "tab check" switch on it a la Tejon and will send pics.

If true, I want to be excited. Having said that, I don't see how this "Tesorosaurus" could compliment their current line up. Tesoro should consider strengthening their market position by replacing their less than stellar units. They also need a solid PI gold unit. If Tesoro is indeed replacing a unit from their line up with this multi-frequency machine, which one is tesoro suppose to be replacing? I don't see any details about the presence of a digital meter, so not the Deleon. The mention of "roman coins" hints at a coin machine. However, the emphasis on the "roman"in "roman coins" hints more at a relic machine. Man if tesoro releases this machine in or der to replace the tejon, a lot of tejon users are going to be upset!

Lastly, if this thing is a joke, it's in bad taste. The poster needs to take under consideration the many tesoro loyalists that have been waiting for a new machine for quiet a long time now. It really is in bad taste

It's a joke buddy, about Tesoro regressing to an old design and putting a new face on it.
Like they did with the Silver Umax...have you read the Tesoro product catalog?
The Tesoro website is now been updated and has a world of great detecting info, especially a section
for the beginner..............

I have owned Tesoro's and once again have picked up a Silver Umax.
I'm a big fan of the T's.
