I have been using the standard T2 for years,its found me the most gold and i cannot see any advantage of upgrading it for my type of detecting over here in the UK,i detect mainly on farmland and pasture son dont get hardly any EMI issues,the depth for me is still superb with my big SEF coil and its also still sensitive to small finds as well.If it aint broke dont fix it i say
