New Strategy

I think I am going to try a new approach. I have been hunting a really old spot. So far the newest coin is a 1937. This site is very hard to hunt. The grass is almost knee high now and there is Stobs 2-4" off the ground where a shredder cut off Brush. I am using a Spyder Concentric because my 6X10 was bad. Waiting on delivery of a new DD Coil.

I keep seeing all these posts where the settings are really low. My big problem is false Blips. I am trying to run as hot as possible to make up for the distance my coil is off the ground.

I think I am am going to go really mild, cut out the false Blips, and see if I find more. In addition to the above the VDI on this ground is 93 so it is really a tough spot.

I think you will really like mild a LOT better. Many people don't realize "running hot" actually hurts you more than running "mild", stability should be your #1 priority.
