New Quickdraw II

The wife bought me the Quickdraw II for Christmas, and after reading some posts here I went out to the local parks.

Two trips out for about an hour or so each:

1 Susan Anthony dollar
2 Quarters
3 Dimes
7 pennies
assorted wire, tabs, cans

Still learning to differentiate good finds from trash, but getting the hang of it. Just wanted to say that this forum really helped.

If you want gold, you must dig "trash." Gold shows up in the same region as pulltabs and aluminum bottle caps. I do discriminate-out iron, however heavily rusted iron sometimes shows up as quarters/half dollars or dollars, so I still end up digging rusty junk.
