earlier I posted a question about pin pointer--I meant the probes everyone was talking about--what are they--sorry but I am new
 
Go to the link in the post above and click on it for full information on the FX-1. The FX-1, like other Sun Ray in-line probes connects directly in-line between the search coil and the control housing with a switch box. You simply switch the probe on while switching the coil off for pinpointing elusive targets that are hiding in the side of the holes, etc. Speeds up recovery time and reduces the chances of damaging the target with your digging equipment. Very handy!
