Nice ... do you have the workflow and the original?
I think some selective sharpening (and possibly a very little lightening ) on at least the eyes would be effective.
You sure seem to travel a lot and take a lot of photos.
(ever since I saw the wave smiley in your post I can't seem to stop using it.

Nice looking subjects. Did one of them have a skin tone issue giving the reason to use the porcelain technique?
