New omega face ???

Ok, the brown truck just delivered my new omega and I have got it unpacked.
All the menus screen reading is red and from all the pictures I've seen of the omega it was outlined in black so what's up with that why is mine red?

Yep, that's it outlined in red when machine is off, I don't mean the outter face plate it's blue like what I've seen it's the writing of the menus the lettering is red.
I hope this is not an older version that they had problems with that would be my luck.

Phew thanks Monte as for the color I don't really mind just just thought it was odd as I've never saw that and I thought I had checked everything about the omega. lol

send me that Omega right now.. I wouldn't want you using something that is so different from all the rest.. Why that machine may go deeper than any of the others and you would feel terrible..Myself, I wouldn't mind. So rather than have you feeling bad I'll take it off your hands LOL hahahahhahahahahahh


Or.maybe all the other Omega users except Monte and you are colored blind and their all red outlines Hahahaha LOL

I picked up a new Omega mid-November and it has the red outline too. I bought it from a authorized dealer. I sure hope I can get out for a little bit this weekend. I haven't been out since before Christmas.

YES - it's red... I thinks it is the new 2010 design. And YES - I've downloaded every available movie and manuals about the omega, learning before even get it.
AND - of course, daily visit at the water-hole (FM - Teknetics forum).
I got to get me ready for work, a few service calls, typically on Saturday. You all know what I rather would do - don't you?

oh ok.. i had to double check mine.. its red also. lol i didnt even notice it.. i had looked at the box it came in and the pic on there shows all black. my omega is a 2011 model if that matters.

I thank all of you good members for replying back and I don't know why I haven't noticed the red I have seen that video posted several times and I just checked others and red to so maybe I'm color blind part time. lol
I guess one of the things is I got a big clear picture of the omega saved on my computer that I would show my friends what I was gonna get and it's black and being so be of a pic it must have stuck in my mind.
Anyways it's cool and long as it does ok it don't matter if it's red or black how ever I do wonder why some is black and some is red.
Suppose to get up around 40 today and some of the snow melted yesterday so I might get out in the yard later and take it for a little spin might be the best day we have for awhile thay calling for snow again the first of the week, boy I hate this time of year.

I bought mine in Australia in Jan 2010, so I presume it was manufactured in 2009...red outlines on face. Doesn't stop it from working.
