Was detecting a lot where they moved an old house from, not sure when the house was built. They just turned it around and moved it to the next street over. Up by the sidewalk I found a 1936-D Wheat on top of the ground. A little while later I got a signal l thought was going to be a Zincoln, it was showing no depth on the meter. I pinpointed the target, then used the probe to find exactly where it was. I moved a little bit of light dust, and there it was, a 1746 Mexican 1/2 Reale right on top of the ground. This is now my new oldest find beating out the 1774 Mexican 1/2 Reale I found in 2009. It is pretty hammered, but I'll take it. Silver coin #12 for the year.
