New Nokta Impact User--Updated Software Settings

New Nokta Impact user. Purchased an Impact off of one of the forum members here. Received it today. So doing a lot of reading on the forum. I noticed that there has been a software update released. Is there a way of determining if my detector has the updated software installed? Thanks...any help is appreciated!

There has been two updates. V1.11 and V1.12 Not everyone might want both updates but I think most folks would. I updated mine.
Per the manual:
To see the software version of the IMPACT's
system card and LCD, while the device is OFF,
press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons simultaneously
and turn the unit on. Continue to hold
the buttons depressed until you can read the
software version. The major version will be
shown in the Target ID section and the minor
version in the GB window.

I have both of mine loaded with the most recent 1.14 bin update which I believe was posted on the Forums in late July. Here is the link found on Findmall Nokta Forum from July 27th:

WARNING: Before doing ANY Impact Update, be sure you have ALL of the saved settings written down somewhere for EACH MODE. When there is an update, all setting updates will be updated to the FACTOTY DEFAULT settings and you will need to go through and adjust, then SAVE your preferred settings for each function for each mode.

Monte is absolutely correct. I had just glanced at the Nokta files I downloaded when I updated my Impact and buried in the file name it clearly shows V1.13 & V1.14. Production units were updated to V1.12 when they were released.
